For live or guided cohort programs: Refund requests must be submitted before or shortly after the first session. Participation in multiple live sessions may make refunds ineligible, as these programs involve reserved seats and instructor time commitments.
4. Webinars and Free Events
Free webinars and community sessions are non-refundable. If a paid workshop or special event is offered in the future, refund eligibility will be clearly described during registration.
5. Scholarship-Based Enrollments
If a learner enrolls using scholarship support: Refund eligibility applies only to the paid portion (if any). Scholarship decisions themselves are not refundable or transferable.
6. EMI and Flexible Payment Plans
If enrollment is completed using installment-based payment options: Refund requests apply only to the amount already paid. Future installment obligations may still apply depending on enrollment terms.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- Course access has been substantially used
- Multiple live sessions have been attended
- Certificates have been issued
- Downloadable learning materials have been accessed
- Refund request window has expired
8. Technical Issues
If learners experience technical access issues caused by the platform, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue. If access cannot be restored within a reasonable timeframe, refund eligibility may be reviewed.
